Maintenance and Legislative Compliance
We will identify the manufacturer and legislative requirement for your on-site plant and will carry out maintenance visits on an annual, six monthly or quarterly basis as required, a 24hr, 365 days a year reactive service for breakdowns will also be included within your service package.
All planned maintenance tasks will be carried out as per the maintenance schedule we will produce; and will be carried out by fully qualified and certificated engineers. Full compliance with manufacturer’s warranties, service schedules and procedures will be adhered to.

Included within our proposal’s are consumable items such as oils, greases and cleaning agents, as well as any access equipment necessary.
As a contract customer, your package will have the provision of our 24 hour 365 days a year emergency call out service. This service would normally be responded to within four hours from the receipt of your instruction. Whilst we aim to respond within a maximum of four hours of any fault, some urgent cases such as a gas leak require lesser response times and some known defects may require more time to deal with.
Upon completion of each visit we will provide you with a report on work carried out prior to leaving site. Any remedial/repair work necessary will be priced and forwarded to you by our in house experts.
